BTW: What is Jetsnatch Playlist?

Does and if so, how does music help you with your workout?
Music is EVERYTHING in my workouts! I cannot get in my “zone” or “flow’ without it.
It helps take away any external distractions that are happening around me.

What music genre do you prefer for your train-day?
My music genre will vary depending on my mood and training.
My preference is old school hip hop, rock/metal, reggae and on occasion EDM

Are there songs that you play to yourself during your workout that no one knows about?
🤫

What’s THE SONG for the last set?
Last set song…. Hmm, it would have to be something with a baddass beat.
But I don’t have a special go to song.

Tell us more about your Jetsnatch Workout Playlist.
Music selection is very personal to me. It could be the beat, the lyrics, or even nostaligia that can boost your energy.
